 | Church abuse or church help? |
 While my faith in God and my belief that churches are good places still remain, my past experience with power from a pastor gone wrong, makes me wonder how many out in the world have been hurt by pastors using the Peacemakers Ministry materials.
It seems to be a program that would help in a perfect world with perfect humans, but since humans are not perfect this program can open the doors to power abuse and the crushing of some innocents. It seems to be enabling all sorts of mediation companies to come into being and in fact be the new "in" vocation. I pray that this stops or I'm afraid that the church as we know it will cease, and the church of the future will be one of peacemaking guards who abuse their power.
